On topic: As far as the water glitch, I think that's a Center issue, and not sure you can fix it with this, but all you need to do to increase the tether distance is change your settings. Dragging the bar to the max distance won't be enough, but you can click in the text box and just type in some infinitely large number (like 999999) that ...
