I've been back in the game for several years now and dragon shield has always been pretty bad quality control. I've gotten so many bad sleeves from them I never assume I'll get a full 100 from a box. And as for being "the best" with qc, I've never had a bad ultra Pro sleeve so I'd argue that.

In my opinion, yes. You get 100 for around 10 bucks, and while slightly more expensive than Ultra Pro, they really hold up and don't have that foil symbol. Good. They are by far the best sleeves I've ever used. My first sleeves were Ultra Pro, second wave were Dragon Shields.
