Well Pangolin and Jaw are pretty much crap. Single Heat has more basic melee damage whereas the dual heat sword is more for charge attacks. Whichever one is more interesting I suppose.

Dual Heat Swords and Dual Ethers are almost identical stat wise except Dual Heat Swords has a superior charge attack while Dual Ethers has a faster attack speed. DHS also comes with a nice "-" polarity whereas Orthos and Dual Ethers do not have a polarity.
