Hi, my husband's 2018 Piaggio MP3 Sport has a dead battery and so we need to open the seat to get to the battery. But the key fob won't open the seat when the battery is dead. We've found videos like this one that talk about opening the trunk by turning the key a certain way, then there's a latch in there, but this MP3 does not have a trunk!
