Not everyone gets the same form on the same day, some may be easier and some may be hard I would recommend Rosh for EORs and Uworld for final PANCE review. Uworld has longer questions better for building time management compared to Rosh IMO. No matter which one you use, both are great study tools for PANCE alone or together! There's like 450 questions for FM and like 1000+ for "Medicine". I felt like it had a good spread of systems like you mentioned but it tended to be more outpatient management oriented.
