You only need one per villager. Hide the zombie from the villagers line of sight until you've confirmed all 3 have laid down in a bed, then reveal the zombie again. Villagers have to sleep at least once before a golem is spawned. If that doesn't work, then you likely need to check your spawning platform. 1.

First make sure there are no other villagers, beds, bells or workstations within 100 blocks of your farm. And make sure you don’t have an extra villager — with fletchers it’s easy to tell because one won’t have a hat. Then break all the beds and place back down one by one checking for green particles for each bed.

make sure the farm was designed for bedrock and not java. I had a iron farm not work but when I uped the villagers from 2 to 3 It started working. I was on Java.
