When you return to the US, you should be able to sign into your AT&T Prepaid account using your prepaid phone number. 4 years ago. I have the same issue. I can't not only log in to my account but also reset my password although I tried many times. Instead, the webpage keeps saying "we can't log you in now" and "we can't reset your password now, please call 611 for help". AT&T has to resolve such a big problem that many people face.
