I have a 1959 Ford Power Master. The PTO lever seems stuck and will not move. I removed the plate with the lever in it and probed the bottom of the case looking for loose or broken parts with a magnetic probe and my hand. Found nothing. Bob. Howdy Bob, welcome to the tractor forum. Your Ford 1320 probably has a PTO safety switch that is activated because the PTO is engaged, this is why the tractor won't start. Jumper the PTO safety switch wires and it should start. Push the clutch all the way down to release any forces remaining on the PTO engagement sleeve.
