This is what I've found so far for kineticist angel. Sword of Heaven: Works on kinetic blade. In fact, it works twice on kinetic blade (+4d6 instead of +2d6) because it's a weapon and an ability. The bonus dice are affected by metakinesis - if you maximize and/or empower your blast, Sword of Heaven will likewise be maximized and/or empowered.
