This BLT should work with all windows version now unless you didn't put mods folder and IPHLPAPI.dll in the right place so recheck that too Extract the latest wsock32.dll from the SuperBLT website to the Payday 2 folder. Start/Launch Playday 2. It should prompt you to download the basemod. Click 'Yes'. Let it download. That should be it for SuperBLT.
