I was thinking it was a rear wheel bearing, and even bought a new bearing, but now I'm not sure. Doesn't happen when engine is off or in neutral, only makes the noise when: Put in clutch. Put in gear, remove from gear. Let out clutch (noise) If I don't put it in/out of gear, there is no noise. Shifts normal, no other issues.

It was coming from the passenger rear but didn't sound like suspension. I removed the spare tire accessories under the trunk cover and it resolved the problem.
