Sarah's Charm is Fantastic (S Tier). All the flavor charms are situationally A Tier. All the Badges are B tier (cause they add in a negative boon). It is also top tier defense wise, comparible to best medium armor with only light armor Stam reduction. Bm helm is similar, has top tier heavy defense with med Stam reduction, and free poison dot on all weapons, and poison nova aoe. It basically depends on what you want. For general combat, you want the Roly Poly armor. For the sandbox, you want Antlion. For archery, the eyepatch (though unless you want to main it, LV1 eyepatch is enough).
