Yes - Pick if I wanna be both melee and ranged. I take 5 endurance (+2 from perks) 7 control and 5 vigor (+2 from perks). Rest of the skills go into vigor/control depending what I like more or even endurance for extra health. Melee - I only put 5 points in vigor (or 7 if I don't go endurance).
