The bear only spawn problem is within this portion of the code, in src/mod.ts; updating all chances to a hard 50% seems to have no effect, it's defaulting to the final else statement when it compares against usecChance. Swapping usec and bear results in what appears to be a 100% usec spawn rate.

As for mods, I use Fin's AI Tweaks and CP Spawn Rework. When you have both, you have to go into Fin's and disable spawn tweaks (so the two don't conflict). The reason I use CP Spawn Rework also is because that gives you finer-tuned options specifically for bot spawning. Fin's is great for bot loadout and behavior.

But the bad aspect of this mod is that he adds many more bots (scavs, pmc, riders, etc ..) than the vanilla version of sptarkov; and my pc feels all dose bot (and to be onest, my pc is really bad) it can't hold up ...

It also conflicts with a lot of other mods that it shouldn’t, and it seems like Fin is kinda done with putting effort into it. I recommend you spend some time getting comfortable with a different program like Lua’s Spawn Rework.
