Only qualified courses are sent to JST (SMART FORCE/distance learning courses and other courses that are less than 45 hours in length are excluded as they are not evaluated by ACE). Prior to contacting Army JST support staff, please ensure your training records are correct in ATRRS and they are "qualified".
