Not much data for the 52s but here is Hodgdon data for the 55. The biggest difference between the 5.56 and 223 commercial brass is the wall thickness which equals lower case capacity. The Hodgdon data for these bullets is 44.0 to 49.0 grains. I have not played much, but found accurate loads at 46.5 grains. It is close to BL (C2), a little slower than Varget, maybe.

Re: CFE223 and 7mm-08. Hodgdon's data states starting load of 46 grains to a Max load of 49.5 grain. You may want to check the bullet manufacturer's data and compare the two, which you should always do. I would suggest you start at 46 grains and only move up a half grain at a time with a bigger sample group of 5 loads.
