The attribute system in Conan Exiles allows you to increase the power of your character by investing in six main attributes: Strength, Agility, Vitality, Authority, Grit, and Expertise. As you invest points in each of these attributes, you’ll have the opportunity to acquire perks associated with them which will improve your combat prowess.

It's just a spell you learn. You need to keep upgrading your tome till you learn the conceal corruption spell and just cast it as normal. It's that easy… and the effect is semi-permanent. Lasts through death and doesn't have an expiration time or anything. The way to undo it is to just cast the same spell again so it's just a toggle.
I run a full corruption build because I like casting spells. Use a Blackheart hammer, 20 STR 20ATH 20VIT. Fully corrupted strength, almost fully corrupted Vitality, keep glutton for punishment, and keep your last Authority perk. You get one light or heavy swing before almost draining your stamina, but you and ur thralls will hit like a truck.After the 3.0.1 update hit testlive servers, a new feature for the Abyssal Armor emerged.
