We have checked everything that we can think of and still no start when we crank it over. Fuel is still holding pressure and pump handle is hard.rotation is reversed. Im almost certain the 466 manifold can be flipped up to raise the turbo without changing its fore/aft location which would help give some extra length for a downpipe. An S2E is another turbo that is easy to find in T4 divided frame and decent sizes. I think a wastegated turbine would make more top end.

I am under the impression that many diagrams from years earlier will also be the same or very similar (same ECM if I'm not mistaken) and will help me troubleshoot my truck, but any later than 1998 probably will be different.
