He replaced the damaged parts but can't get it to shift electrically. It will shift with the manual gear changer so everything is fine mechanically.We both have 27 inch tires, on the dct in low range first is too low for mud holes, you use second and would skip first altogether if you could. I'd only use first on the dct if you need to go 2mph while towing, if you can go 4mph use second.
