The K24/k20 engine build are complete beast, unless you really want something totally builded that will push around 600-700 whp, i would go for the all motor build. 5 speed transmissions are more solid than the 6 speeds, at 300-350 whp i would use the stock 5 speed transmission that comes with 2,4 vtec engines.The TSX K24A2 is considered the best block but usually carries a significant price premium. Serpentine belt is exactly the same as your current setup if you're using your K20Z3 crank pulley. If you're using the K24A2 crank pulley, you can use the one that came with the K24A2.
