Here's an update on my previous review. Ordered my glasses on December 31, 2023, expecting the usual one-hour wait, but hey, stuff happens, right? Gave it a week, heard nothing, so I start calling the store. Left a voicemail, and they tell me someone will get back to me in 48 hours--pretty lousy customer service, if you ask me. Didn't tell me that I had a 30 day happiness guarantee, within which I could exchange the frames if I wasn't satisfied. I have been wearing glasses for 50 years, so I'm pretty hip to how optical shops treat their customers. Number one, the scratch resistant coating is always guaranteed for a year.
