It was making that whole area lag like crazy, so I finally just selected the "Kill all npc" option. It killed all (as far as I know) except for these.As you can see, the list of resurrecting this NPC mod is long. What Nolan did with NPC's in 2018 was amazing, but it's very barebones and outdated these days.
