I'm a non-trad; did a PhD before deciding to apply to vet school, was accepted last year and deferred to establish residency, so I'm spending this year doing more research, and will be c/o 2012 at Penn!The MCAT covers material that are not pre-requisites for veterinary school; therefore, when the VCAT ended they didn't switch to the MCAT as students would have to take on more of a course load. I think it is much better that we don't have to take the MCAT. 1.
