Solved. I've recently completed a fresh install of Skyrim, however after installing the most current versions of Realvision and the ENB binaries the game has started crashing straight after the Bethesda Gaming Studios Logo. I've tried disabling all my mods - even the official DLC - and it continues to do this either way.
