Every NPC has been individually adjusted to have a unique look and this was done one by one in CK not via a script. - Exceptions: if you have NPCs in your Skyrim from mods not covered here, then those NPCs would have faces copied by skyfem. I cover over 2800 NPCs here though, so surely a vast majority.
