If car still wont start at that point, will need to have mobile mechanic scan the computers for trouble codes/possible module reset. Thread starter. #1. The issues started Yesterday morning. the battery had died, i jump started the car and went on with my day. around 11pm my alarm goes off, i went to check it out and i couldn't turn the alarm off. i had to open the door with my key and it was only then that it stopped.

If you press the button again, with your foot off the brake, it goes into the On mode, which is just like if you had a key and turned it all the way on but without going to Start.
