How rare is the shrouded ghost.
It is the "Shrouded Ghost", so having it be .02% in the fog/shroud instead of .01% would make sense. EDIT: Realistically, whose to say this isn't the case without it outright being stated by Rare. The fog is a low random occurance, and there is not real reason to spend much time in the fog.

As soon as you encounter a meg there's probably a 0.5% chance that it's the shrouded ghost or something like that. Of course I don't have the exact numbers since I'm not a dev but I'm assuming it's something like that. The shrouded ghost isn't something you can hunt or something, you just need to be lucky AF.
