Upgrade the sieves as soon as possible, and make a tc smeltery, then start immersive engineering as soon as possible. It is the fastest way to move forward. Then make a monster trap, farm some inferium to start with, make a seed, and you basically have everything needed for infinite materials.

Fertilized essence comes from crops like coal seeds, fire seeds, ect. It doesn't out of normal inferum essence. I'd go with coal seeds because they're easy to make and they have a 5% chance to drop or something from them. You won't get the essence from Agricraft crops.
