I passed the NCLEX with 265 questions. I would say the questions on the NCLEX is a lot similar to uworld. Uworld I think is harder. I knew I kept forgetting some of the stuff I studied for that’s why I know why I reached to 265. Study all the rationales on uworld and finish the test bank it will definitely improve your test scores.By the time I got to AAMC QPacks I found their content to be a breeze compared to UWorld. But I found UWorld on par with the harder section banks imo. I found UWorld to be most helpful for content review. Don't worry too much about the score, just learn. I'd suggest to do KA videos + UWorld passages for content review. The EK practice exams and UWorld both seemed a lot harder than the actual MCAT. The SB and the AAMC full lengths were about the same level of difficulty. I went into the test center feeling pretty good. I had a great night of sleep and a good breakfast. Up until a week before the exam, I was feeling very nervous.

I thought I would make a post explaining why they are harder and why you shouldn’t lose confidence over them. Here it is: The section banks were the first problems created when the new MCAT was released. The AAMC created them before they did research on the new MCAT format. Since then they dumbed the MCAT down.

UWorld is literally like 99% similar to AAMC but it explains everything so much more better than AAMC does, so questions are generally the same in terms of format, thinking etc. And it can be a bit more harder than AAMC sometimes, as well.

So far the AAMC has put out five full length practice tests: one unscored test and four scored tests. The unscored test (called the Sample Test) gives you percentage scores for each section but not your scaled scores (118-132 and 472-528). The unscored/Sample Test is much less useful because it’s not as representative of the real test.
