I found the exact same spring on Ace Hardware's web site for $4.49. It will go about 32 MPH. After you are able to accomplish that then drill a total three holes. one at 5/8" one at 3/4" (already done) and one at 1" away from the existing hole, the 3/4" place works the best for me.
