It has two large wires (one coming directly from the battery) and two small wires connected to it. 1999 Prairie 400 wont get over 20mph. Full disclosure I usually work on Honda ATV's. But, a buddy of mine bought a 1999 Prairie 400 for "a good deal" on local craigslist. It seemed to idle great and even rev up in neutral just fine, but does not accelerate past about 20 or so mph (cant tell cause speedo is broke).
