Super resolution set to medium and sharpness set to 12-15 works well for me. Cleaner picture without obvious artifacts imo. At least in LG TVs Super Resolution is the thickness or radius of the sharpening filter, do not expect something else. In other words, if the sharpening is at 0, super resolution does nothing.
