I called to reschedule both exams closer to my house and they had nothing, so I asked for them to send them back to the VA for reassignment to another provider. 2 claims were continued and one was marked as not service connected.

On the letter from LHI initially, there was a total of eight conditions on the exam (hearing loss and tinnitus being separate appointments.) QTC under rated my Sciatica and Lumbosacral fracture as mild or 10%. VA overrode QTC and rated bilateral sciatica 20% and Lumbosacral 40% based on “objective” nerve conduction studies, range of motion and MRI’s QTC had access to.
