Basically just what the title says. It’s brand new so I have actually never seen it online and it’s been a week. I connect it to wifi and it says connection successful but remains offline. It’s not a weak signal issue. I also tried unplugging it for 20 min and then retrying and that didn’t work either. To do this, open the Litter Robot app and try to access the robot’s settings. If the connection is successful, you should be able to access the settings. If not, you may need to try resetting the wifi again.
