For grass: I find the levels 3-5 produce grass at about the same rate, then levels 6-7 seem to spawn a lot less grass. For golden seeds: It takes years to get them from level 3, and they spawn about 3 times a day (playing for about two hours a day) from the level 7 pond. Levels 4-6 seem to spawn them at half the rate of the level 7.
