OP • 4 yr. ago. I finally got through on the phone and had the situation situated. When I got my pin, I saw that it was not the pin I originally had, a family members birthday. But just some 8 random numbers. So I assume, like others have said, that Metro might have changed it due to security policy changes. Changes that I was not notified about.
