I am having the same problem with my laptop only, I use DS on both my laptop and desktop, upgraded widows 10 on both computers, my desktop no issue offset working perfectly fine, laptop is a no show offset not working. I tried uninstalling cricut and reinstalling even re loaded windows 10 still same no offset.
