I would think by looking at the Woods dyno result for the 5-6 cam that for your stated purpose it would be best fulfilled by the 5-6 cam. 5-6 cam shows tremendous torque and it comes on soon for low end scoot ! Cam thoughts for 2014 Ultra Classic. Does anyone have any thoughts on the Woods tw-222 cams. I am considering them to wake up my 103 a little. I guess my concern is the .555 lift and potential valve train damage. I don't want to get too involved with an expensive build, just a little more low end torque.

Some grinds are louder than others, but the trade-off is generally a motor that makes a bit more power than a comparative cam from a different company.With the heavier touring models the Woods TW222 is a awesome cam.
