Blinking orange light on dell computer.
Hello, anyone who's looking at this. I had all the necessary items to start my computer. It worked fine when I tried it a few weeks ago, but now, after I turn it on, nothing happens. I just hear a bit of a humming sound, but that's it. The lights 1 and 3 are flashing as well. Is this a problem I can fix?

As for power light: Solid amber can mean bad MB. Blinking amber can mean bad PSU. Not add any confusion, but fans spinning and nothing else working can be classic of a bad PSU.
