Why are the servers so unbalanced? I think last matchup we were t3 and running pretty consistently in last place and now we are up against t2 players and it's so frustrating to have no land areas claimed and not able to claim due to outnumbered status. So much chat surrounding this matchup this month.

The bi-monthly reschuffle under world restructure (or bi-monthly relink under current system) is when the teams - and thus wvw guilds and alliances - change. That's when you will be able to join their team.

So it's related to testing out things in WR, and not meant as a change for the current server/linking system.
