I said I had the parts number (thanks to akep on reddit for hunting it down! mass karma). He searched it, found it, not in stock. So he checked with the Honda down the road.

If what I just put is correct, Honda has a service bulletin as this is a common problem( it could be another fault, but this is the most likely choice). The ELD has a bad solder joint.
