No it’s exactly 48 hours from when you started the exam. I took my test Friday morning, and I didn’t do the quick results but my license number is now posted on my Lars account. It does take 48 business hours. A friend of mine took her's on a Saturday and got her results on Wednesday.

It seems to take much longer for the the students in my class who took their exam later in the month. It definitely depends on the state you live in though.
