I'm considering building an 'AR' with an MCX upper/conversion kit later on down the line, and Lancer's carbon fiber handguard really caught my eye. SIG no longer sells the old 'Gen 1' MCX stripped uppers (which have a longer top rail), though, and Lancer doesn't make their handguards for the Virtus, only the 'Gen 1'.

I sold the legacy upper and I am now using the virtus upper on teh legacy lower.
