A top of my head answer would be something like this. The Mark V incorporates features Mec used to have on different models. The pro-check that was an option on the older jr and standard on the 700. The Mark V has the ejecting bolt like the old 700 The Mark V has a shot funnel tube that is plastic vs metal on the older jrs.Upgrade the pre-crimp to the "spin-dex" version, this will allow to to achieve any pre-crimp you want. The reason for the cracked or tore hulls is because of the gun you are shooting. A .410 shotgun that has a very wide open chamber or very tight chamber will cause the shell to expand or shrink and it will burn the pedals/crimp at the end of the shell.
