Meriden isn't mentioned in the same breath as Parker, L.C. Smith, LeFever, Ithaca , and Fox, but, I bet there are collectors always looking for high condition examples. Definitely have the dent in the barrel raised before shooting, I recommend using 2 1/2" shells that are a little gentler on old guns.
