Angbata11 has some info on their channel. As far as armor and decos, you should generally be looking for skills that will upgrade your affinity/damage. Bowgun specific skills are also recommended, such as Pierce Up, Spread Up, and Normal/Rapid Up. Skills like Spare Shot and Steadiness can also help with ammo retention and recoil.
