I've got to admit, I've fallen in love with this subreddit, and polishes and nail art in general. I've started spending my lunch breaks from work, across the road at the cosmetics counter looking and purchasing gorgeous shades, and pretty new fan-dangled nail trends (magnetic polishes, anyone?).

I try to do nail care once a week. That entails removing old polish, then removing hangnails, and dead skin. I’ll push back my cuticles before painting on a nail hardener and then I’ll paint a new color over it. After it’s all dry, I’ll use a cuticle oil then hand lotion. I’d say start by regularly moisturizing your hands.
