Alright so I became a werewolf before my dawngaurd playthrough so I can't be infected and I can mess up some dudes in beast form. But as soon as me and Serana walked up to Castle Volkihar, I saw "your vampiric powers recede as you feed" or something like that, so I checked my active effects and I have all the buffs and weaknesses of a vampire.
