They do have a shared list which they may/or may not show from; IE: Not everything on shared list will be 'shared'/'shown' in every traitors inventory. 2.) Most do have their own 'list' that aren't shared with the others.

I have now progressed to tier 5 quests, but they are very time consuming and takes a lot of resources to complete. (Takes me about 1.5 in game days). ON PC, once you find a trader, I find that if you scroll on the map and place the trader at edge East or West of map display, the next trader is highly likely to be 1 map west or east, and slightly north or south. This works 85% of the time.
