I just switched to a rush build too and the damage is godly. I do have a few points in Clarity too due to the Phasezerker class mod (and that % gets doubled due to being able to trigger Ties That Bind twice), but the 50% Soul Sap heals like a mofo already.

I don't like your amara build. Please do the math on rush. The homing projectile is a meme. Rush is overpowered. You're on the right track but wasted a lot of good blue skill points. I highly encourage this build, I rushed 175 melee dmg and got the best 5/5 in ele then went straight caster tank.
